History

TradeWind Ventures, LLC was formed at the request of several investors and strategic partners who had tired of reviewing early stage companies that failed to meet their specific criteria for funding or partnership. Rather than rejection, TradeWind began offering these companies the assistance they required to develop a Strategic Plan for growth and funding. TradeWind then expanded available services and solutions to support effective implementation of the developed Strategic Plan.

Focus

Our primary focus is on emerging growth companies that need to raise capital. However, we also assist entrepreneurs in the earliest stages of development. Members of our network have experience ranging from the conceptual and formative stages through acquisition or public offering. TradeWind Ventures has developed several tools to assist in the assessment of early stage companies and we have the resources to provide short or long term support.

The People

TradeWind Ventures, LLC is a group of highly successful entrepreneurs and investors with experience in a broad range of markets and industries. Initially formed to source and pre-qualify investment opportunities, TradeWind Ventures now uses its network to assist in the development of emerging growth companies. Our network reviews each offering and a team is appointed based upon the stage of development, service requirements and capital needs of each company. Most investors within our network are primarily interested in equity investments, but may consider other financing options
